uikeyboard - ipad onscreen keyboard origin -

I want to know what the exact origin of the onscreen keyboard on the iPad is whether it is dynamically used by the language we use Does it change or not?

I assume that I try to make frame for UITEXTVE in my app.

Is this the difference in the origin or behavior, if I use a wireless external keyboard or dock an external keyboard ??
