jquery - Disable user to leave page in certain cases (javascript) -

I have seen many examples that the user has to ask if he really wants to leave the currently opened page, but I Never seen a code which warns about leaving a page, if it's going to some pages, while silently allowing it to other pages.

Actually, I'll need a property that is clicked on the href URL of the page in the future (or some other event triggers).
