java - "log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly" error -

I have a web application, which is one of the JSP:

  PropertyConfigurator configured Do (System.getenv ("MY_HOME") + "/cfg/log4j.properties"); I have double-checked that  MY_HOME is setup    The Tommak Web server says:  
 < Code> log4j: Warning: No addenders can be found for the logger (com.mycompany.data.JobData) Log4j: Warning Log4j Start the system properly.    The same setup works well in other servers.  
 Any hint?  
  The problem is that there are no logs before the property administrator should try to log in to avoid this before doing anything in your system    
 
  Warning. You can set the log4j configuration more reliable on the command line.  
 Or you can ignore the warning;)  
 BTW: You do not want to call this method often often, ideally only once.
