I have some vb.net code that should print the label using Teklynx LabelView software (which I previously worked on .)
The problem is, it runs fine on the Dev machine, but when I run it on the end user's PC, no error message is available until it is sent to Microsoft "Submit Error Report" "With completely dies.
How can I troubleshoot it ???

Check which NAT you are building and which version the client has on their machine.
You may not be back compatible with some users you are using, if the user has a lower version of .NET.
