Strange error running PHP tester script for aMember -


I am trying to set up subscription software on my Windows 7 machine. I have installed PHP correctly, and I have installed the IonCube loader required for the trial version of the MQ loader. When I run a tester.php script provided by a member, to see that the web server for all the requirements of a server has all the requirements, then I get several duplication of the following error message in my browser, after that Explicit, unsuccessful (disable_dl disabled in php) .INI) error message is so horrifying that any explanation of what happens due to all the duplication of "split (error)" error?
