webcam - Record from Web Cam in Java -

I have to record with webcams However, I have twelve requirements It can not be JMF and it should be under the LGPL or similar license.

I have examined Xgler, but I do not know if you can actually record it. Apart from this, it seems that some of its parts have been released under the GPL license. If you used Eggler for webcam recording, some details would be great.

I have worked with VLCJ API and it works great is. You need to install VLC DLL or simply install the VLC player. VLCJ code is an example of a webcam. Google and you will find a cam capture file that records both audio and video.
