asp.net - Best Technology suited for building E-Commerce Applications and the review on Supported Frameworks -

What would you like if you are creating ecommerce-based applications to help giant companies fulfill their marketing and sales campaigns? I saw an open source framework such as Magento that works with ZendFramework using PHP, MySQL and Apache stacks. Other infrastructure like OSAC looks sound. What is the e-commerce framework for Net Technologies? I also saw in Zoho and it seems that using their applications can be closed most of the requirements, but I think that whatever they make available they may have to face the issues of flexibility at the bottom of the line .
