c++ - turning off run-time check in visual studio 2008 -

I have an application developed in Linux (Fedora 6-13) It uses MITC, ITK, VTK, QT3 is. I installed VS2008 and MITK, ITK, VTK, QT3. It works fine when I run the application, but after every action I click the button (the changer's position on the slider) I get the following error: Run-time Check Failer # 2 - Stack around variable 'variablename' Corrupted I can continue here and the app just keeps on working properly.

Is there a way to disable this runtime check?

Thanks

Zoly

If you want to behave in a random manner, do not fix the bug, then you can disable the check in the properties of the property: C ++ / code Generation / Basic Runtime Check . Keep in mind that it will lead to all kinds of weird problems - you will not be written to data using VS only to detect such overflow, you will use your app .

I suggested that you post the relevant code here - so instead of hiding it you will help to fix the problem.
