jquery - Can't have break outside of loop (even though it is in a loop!) -

If a certain position is true then I am trying to get out of a loop. As long as I'm trying to make an Intelligence error in VS2010 and IE8 and my code works fine till both the break is done, then let me know that I can not break out of any loop, but I do not think I am.

I 'I'm completely confused so that I can clarify something which I see!
