cakephp - HABTM logic needed -

I have posts and tags and post_tag tables.

I want to list the tags in the posts on all posts. E.g.

  1 | Hello world |    Find all the posts you are looking at on post_tags for related posts and add them to posts.  
 So how can I get the Posting Prediction related tag, from the tag table.   
 
  When searching on posts, it should automatically retrieve related tags unless you have recurring asset 0 or Try to increase the value of the recurring value not set to -1
